I’d hoped to do a video survey of new construction in Ukrainian Village yesterday, but the weather wasn’t cooperating.

I did stop for an updated look at six Noah Properties’ single-family homes that were under construction – and under contract – at the time of my visit last December.

The 4-bedroom, 3 ½ bath homes at 2001 – 2013 W Erie St all closed in mid-April at prices ranging from $799,900 to $816,400.

Excavation of foundations for 18 new condos by Noah Properties across the street in the 2000 block of Erie had just begun when I visited last December. All 18 have been sold at prices from the mid-$300s to the high-$400s and I’ll bring you a video tour of one of the finished units within a few days.

The homes and condos were listed with Izabela Sloma and Beata Gaska of Sergio & Banks. If you’re interested in Noah Properties’ offerings, you’d be well advised to contact them for an early alert to upcoming offerings rather than waiting for them to be listed in the MLS.
