On Saturday, I visited the sales center for VB1224, the 189-unit loft conversion of a 1950s paper mill located at 1224 W Van Buren St in the West Loop. The development is about 65 percent sold according to Beth Repta, the @properties agent who was working the open house when I dropped by, and one- to three-bedroom lofts are still available.
VB1224 is a full-amenity loft development with door staff, a small fitness room, a pilates studio and a roof deck. I brought a video camera along and shot some video of those common amenities, and I plan to post that in the near term. For now, have a look at a few of the photos I took of the furnished model:
