The patio apartments that overlook the Ogden Slip rented quickly when The Lofts at River East welcomed its first occupants last year.

A 946 square-foot one-bedroom with a huge terrace is available for an early-July move-in for $3,300. A 1,494 square foot 2-bedroom with a living room window wall that opens to the patio is available for early- to mid-September occupancy for $4,695.

North-facing studio, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments are available for immediate occupancy starting at $2,035, $2,520 and $4,180, respectively.

Residents can stroll along the tree-lined Ogden Slip outside the building to the Starbucks in the on-site Target, and pause for an alfresco drink and a bite at Pinstripes before returning to their loft apartment.


The slip-level amenities at The Lofts at River East, are also an eye-catching and appealing draw. The rambling slip-side resident lounge has a two-sided fireplace, a bar, and ample seating for small-group gatherings or hosting a party.

Residents navigate a whimsically-decorated hallway to the reach the “entertaining lounge.”



The lounge is spacious enough to accommodate a variety of activities, from quiet study to gathering around the bar and watching sports on a large-screen TV.



Residents who are in the mood for some activity can head for the game room, which has another bar, shuffleboard, a billiards table, a card table and an arcade game.
