There are three simplexes and one duplex available at 822 W Buckingham Pl, says Brian Coolman, an agent with @properties, which is marketing the project. The duplex (three-bedroom, two-bath) costs $699,000 and the simplexes (two-bedroom, two-bath) range from the $480s to the $560s, he says. Deliveries are expected in 60 days, and features include hardwood floors, natural stone baths, steam showers and Sub-Zero kitchen appliances.
Across the street, 831 W Buckingham Pl has four new condos for sale – a duplex with four bedrooms and 3.5 baths, and three simplexes with two bedrooms and two baths. Features include oak floors, crown molding, marble baths, custom cherry cabinets and Grohe fixtures.
Prices range from the $490s to the $720s, according to Diana Rendina, a sales associate with the Rich Kasper team of Sussex & Reilly, which is marketing the project. She says deliveries are expected in October.
Space Park, 815 – 817 W Roscoe St, is scheduled to open in summer 2008.
