Yesterday I visited two luxury Lake View single-family homes that were nearing completion, and shot video at both. Check back in a few days for the sponsored tours.
Both homes feature, as you’d expect, lavish kitchens with extensive cabinets, large islands, high-end appliances, breakfast bars and adjacent family rooms that open to spacious 3-tiered decks.

The 6-bedroom home at 1518 W George is on a 30 x 125 lot. It was listed at $1,890,000 and went under contract in a multiple-offer situation. One of the losing bidders signed a contract for a to-be-built home adjacent to this one. Noah Properties is the builder and Melanie Giglio of Sergio & Banks had the listing.
The home has an L-shaped butler’s pantry with a climate-controlled wine closet.
