Crews have installed the glass for the first five or six residential stories of Stonegate Development‘s Silver Tower, under construction at 303 W Ohio St, and while it isn’t exactly Superior 110, it’s isn’t exactly silver on a clear day, either. At the same time, the glass does show some steelier tones at certain angles, as you can see from the picture at bottom right, taken from Kingsbury Street to the west.
Judging by these pictures, I’d guess that workers have reached the 25th story. Silver Tower will be 40 stories high when complete. More than 75 percent of the high-rise’s 225 homes were under contract at last check, and its remaining one- to three-bedroom condos are priced from the $290s to the $790s.
