I’m always curious to see what a certain price point will buy in a particular neighborhood or across the board, and mapped listings make that search a lot more fun. This afternoon I was checking out the listings for Streeterville and wondered what I could find within a block or two of the lake for $300,000 to $350,000. The listings below are just a sample of what I found.

• Multiple 741 square-foot one-bedroom /one-bath homes at 474 N Lake Shore Dr, most priced in the $310s and $320s.
• Unit #409 at 1000 N Lake Shore Dr, a two-bedroom / two-bath home with 1,250 square feet, priced in the $340s.
• Unit #19B at 880 N Lake Shore Dr, a one-bedroom / one-bath with 785 square feet, priced in the $340s.
• Unit #4E at 227 E Walton St, a two-bedroom / two-bath home with 1,500 square feet, priced in the $350s.
