My tour guide today was Francesca Rose, a Streeterville expert and Prudential Rubloff agent.
After viewing the Centennial Fountain on the Chicago River from a $4.895 duplex penthouse listed for sale with Joanne Nemerovski of Prudential Rubloff, we walked around the corner for another look at a luxury townhome on the riverfront, also listed by Joanne, that we visited last week. We stopped for a look at a bird feeder and garden area that we’d missed on our earlier visit.
And we meet Kahlu, a former frisbee champ who’s now old and deaf. Kahlu travels with Francesca when she’s not with clients.
