The last time we checked in at 600 North Lake Shore Drive in Streeterville, the project looked like just a concrete shell. Now, with the first of the two towers nearing completion, the project is approximately 75 percent sold. About 100 of the 400 total units are still available, according to Paula Yates, a sales agent for the development.
Ranging in price from the $400s to just under $1.8 million, the condos feature granite and marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, glass-railed balconies, oak floors and marble baths and foyers.
In addition to the expansive lake and skyline views, amenities include 24-hour door staff, a sundry and cleaning valet, business and fitness centers, and rooftop sundecks.
Yates says that the north tower will begin deliveries this August, and the south tower will follow in the spring of 2008. The project is developed by Belgravia Group and Sandz Development and designed by Pappageorge / Haymes.
