One of the major reasons for Streeterville’s popularity is that it’s within walking distance of office towers in the neighborhood itself, in River North, in the Loop and on the New East Side, east of Michigan Ave.

Optima Center, a block east of Michigan Ave and a block north of the Chicago River, has the best walk-to proximity to the largest number of major office towers of any of the Streeterville buildings. A working couple can each be at their respective offices in the Aon Center and Lurie Children’s Hospital in less than 15 minutes.
