Typically I don’t share the second part of a two-part home tour until after I’ve posted the first, but in this case I have to make an exception.
The simple, unadorned facades of Montalbano‘s homes at Fairway Club Estates in south suburban University Park give no clues to the drama within. Last week Joe Zekas toured an Innsbrook model, a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home with almost 3,000 square feet, and learned quickly that the sweetest of all its features is a master suite large enough to be a family retreat.
