When we last reported on Solstice on the Park, nearly a year ago, we noted that new listings had been entered in the MLS for a project that appeared to be otherwise moribund.
Perhaps @properties has “Add new Solstice listings” on an annual tickler, since several new listings for the Studio Gang-designed project in Hyde Park just hit the MLS, priced from $600,000 to $2,500,000.
Rumor around HP is that it’s on hold waiting for the economy to improve. I think I heard from a friend of the developer that this was the case too (but it was a while ago, so that memory might have been faulty).
