Viewing Chicago’s skyline from the west your eyes are drawn to a striking River North high-rise. What locals call “the blue building” is Superior 110, a luxury boutique tower designed by Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture that has a visual impact well beyond its 27-story height.
The architects describe it as a “gleaming gem amidst a sea of beige concrete,” and the description fits.
With the recent sale of the penthouse unit and a half-floor unit, only six units remain for sale at Superior 110. After a round of price reductions, the units are priced from the $500s to upwards of $2 million.
