It appears construction is heading down the home stretch at Superior 110. According to Greg Eldridge of @properties, external construction is complete, but interiors for some of the custom units are “going to take a while.”
Fifteen units remain at the 28-story tower with distinctive blue windows at 110 W Superior St. The building has three one-bedroom / 1.5 bath units with dens, six two-bedroom / two-bath units, and six three-bedroom / three bath condos remaining. Prices for those units range from the $540s to $1.6 million.
Eldgridge said the 58-unit property will have a half-floor three-bedroom, three-bath model furnished by Maxalto ready by next week. (The biggest model has had to this point is a two-bedroom display.)
What makes Superior 110 stand out in the crowded River North market? “The intimacy of the building is very rare, and they’re all corner units,” Eldridge says. Also, the building’s height relative to its neighbors gives it some of the better views in the area.
The building’s first resale, a two-bedroom unit listed in the $740s, hit the market last week, according to the MLS.
