On Tuesday I visited the brokers open house at Superior 110, the new high-rise at 110 W Superior St in River North. While I was there I asked sales manager Greg Eldridge about the pace of sales at the development since its recent price reductions.

I also talked to Monique Sandberg and James Horwath, both agents at Prudential Preferred Properties, about their reactions to the development. Turns out, James bought a unit for himself pre-construction.
