During the grand opening for CA23 last week, I cornered Brixton Group principal Geoff Ruttenberg in the newly-unveiled furnished model for a couple of minutes and asked him to talk about the development. In the video, Ruttenberg says that CA23 is about half sold, and first move-ins will begin within the next two to three weeks.
In the second half of the video, Ruttenberg pulls personal trainer Aaron Manheimer from John Hall Studios into the room, who is teaming up with The Brixton Group for a two-year personal training incentive.
