The Taste of Randolph Street always has one of the best concert lineups of any of the street festivals – as well as some of the best food – and with acts like Dr. Dog, Urge Overkill and The Hold Steady, this year looks to be no exception. The festival, which runs on Randolph St from Peoria St to Racine Ave, starts today and ends Sunday evening.

The festival is also – thankfully for us real estate junkies – surrounded by tons of new construction condo buildings. The West Loop is rife with new developments and quite a few of them still have lots of units on the market. Some are even hosting open houses this weekend. So if the music gets too loud and you start feeling a little clastrophobic from all the crowds, take a break from the festival and check out some of these properties that have units on the MLS:

Pure Caption

Pure, 24 S Morgan St (left), has six units ranging from 1-3 bedrooms that are priced from the $260s to the $630s. A source told us last week that the developer of this project is having difficulty delivering contracts.
