We were dying to get the story behind the Chicago Executive Golf Club, on 115th near Laflin Street in Morgan Park, but it was closed Sunday when we stopped by and only a machine answered the phone when we called. We wonder if it’s the same Chicago Executive Golf Club mentioned in the Sun-Times‘ obituary of African American golfer Louis Chestnut.
