I don’t see the Enterprise group doing anything to spur sales in what clearly are two mostly empty buildings on the south end of Grant Park (Museum Park). They’re still holding on to the fiction that these units are worth $450+ sq/ft when the market is clearly $300. Any idea when these people are going to get with the program? Or are they just going to hang on to these empties forever?
