On August 2nd four 20-foot sections were added to the tower crane at K2 at K Station, bringing it to its full height. The building has currently reached the 26th floor and is scheduled to top at out 34 stories in mid-September.
Window installation, drywalling and spraying of popcorn ceilings is proceeding on the lower floors.
Despite the heat, which caused some work slowdowns, the project is on schedule, accord to McHugh Construction’s Owen Smith.
