For months, La Scarola diners had to deal with construction on the neighboring Edison Grand condos at 711 W Grand Ave. Despite more work on the ground level, it looks like this brick-and-limestone development by Edison Builders is finally complete. Besides living next door to one of Chicago’s best Italian restaurants – maybe the project’s best amenity – residents will have indoor heated parking, a video security system and walk-in closets.
