Last month, I discovered new listings for a handful of a small, eco-friendly developments that are currently under construction in Logan Square and Wicker Park that were all listed as part of “The Green Collection.”
Now, another green development is being added to the collection. This six-unit building, which is located at 4847 N Ashland Ave in Ravenswood, is a bit larger than the others in The Green Collection.
The building’s four three-bedroom / two-baths each have approximately 1,500 square feet of floor space, and the two that are currently listed on the MLS are priced from the $390s to the $420s. There are also two 2,700 square-foot four-bedroom / three-bath duplexes in the building. The only duplex that’s listed is priced in the $520s.
According to the specs sheet that I received, the building will feature high-density cellulose insulation, and all of the mechanical systems will be ENERGY STAR rated. The homes will also feature Nuheat radiant floors and high-efficiency 50-gallon water heaters.
The listings say that these homes will be ready for delivery in June.
