The very last development Mark and I passed on our recent drive up Ashland Avenue was a six-flat at 4847 N Ashland Ave in Ravenswood. Sergio & Banks is marketing these homes as a part of its “Green Collection,” a smattering of new-construction condos found throughout the North and Northwest sides.
This week Erik traced our drive back up Ashland and stopped by 4847 North Ashland to meet with Sergio & Banks agent Melissa Govedarica. In the first segment from their building tour, Melissa talks about the building’s green features, which she says represent “the wave of the very near future.”
Sergio & Banks currently lists three homes for sale at 4847 North Ashland: Two three-bedroom / two-baths priced in the $370s and $390s, and one four-bedroom / three-bath priced in the $490s.
