After running out of shops to look at along 26th Street, I spent the rest of my time in Little Village driving around some of the residential streets located between 26th and the river. What I saw was a variety of home styles — especially two-flats, three-flats, and frame houses — but absolutely nothing resembling infill and surprisingly few board-ups.
