When Joe posted a February update on the Parkside of Old Town development near Cabrini-Green, he wrote that deliveries on The Hudson (above, at left) were expected in June, so I figure it’s time to follow up.

An agent at the sales center tells me that deliveries are pending a final city inspection, but first move-ins are still expected to begin by June 30. The photo I shot yesterday (above, at right) confirms that The Hudson is near completion.

A little more than 80 percent of the condos in this building have been sold, which is about the same as Joe reported in the winter. The remaining units are mostly two-bedrooms, although there are still a few one-bedrooms too.

The only remaining one-bedrooms are located on the building’s bend, facing the intersection of Orleans and Division streets, and they’re priced in the $340s. A floor plan is at right.
