When I was walking around Lakeshore East yesterday afternoon, I paused for a moment on Raldolph Street to look at two of the Loop’s bigger construction projects: The Legacy at Millennium Park, the 72-story tower under construction at 60 E Monroe St, and Park Monroe, the office-tower condo conversion just to the north of Legacy, at 55 E Monroe St.
In fact, Legacy and Park Monroe are two of the Loop’s only large construction projects that have broken ground, except for CMK’s 235 Van Buren, so enjoy seeing those cranes working while you still can.
