Downtown Chicago rents are getting up there..
While this building is new, beautiful, and in a good location, these rents are very very steep. For a 2 bedroom, you have to pay $175 a month plus electric for utilities. $250 for one parking spot as well puts you around $3500 a month for a 2 bedroom.
why not just rent a condo across the street at 510 Erie, 600 Kingsbury, or 653 Kingsbury and use the money you save to get a membership to the East Bank Club?
