The lowest-priced home in Hinsdale in years

Joe Zekas recently asked Gaby Jury of ERA Jensen & Feinstein to take him around Hinsdale to see a range of homes at different price points. Their first stop was at this ranch home near Route 83. The home needed some work but was offered at a price that Gaby hadn’t seen in years: $169,900. Not too long ago the home would have likely sold for more as a teardown.
