One of the best ways to learn about a neighborhood is to take a walk or a drive through it with a real estate agent who knows it well.
Earlier today, after viewing a townhome that’s for sale in southeast Ravenswood, I asked Kale Realty’s Eric Rojas to show me around the area and talk about the reasons that have attracted people to the neighborhood.
We covered only a small area, from Montrose Ave north to Lawrence Ave, east of Damen Ave. As you’ll see in the video, the area has great public transportation, restaurants, bars, schools and a wide variety of housing, from 1-bedrooms in the mid-$100s to large new and old homes priced upwards of $2 million.
