The newly expanded Jefferson Playlot that crosses Jefferson Street between 16th and 18th isn’t a perk just for Union Row buyers, some of whom will be able to see the park from their south-facing windows, but for all East Pilsen residents looking for a place to take the kids. Belgravia Group project manager Zev Salomon recently showed Joe Zekas around the park during a visit to Union Row.
