The corner apartments at the new 52-story North Water tower in Streeterville are 2-bedroom, 2-baths with balconies.
The apartments have floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the views, but you’ll need to step out on the balconies to fully appreciate how terrific they are. The interior and north view shots, above, are from a northeast corner on the 42nd floor.
I visited all four corners on the 42nd floor. Each of the corners, as you’d expect, offers a very different view.
The clouds hadn’t fully broken while I was at North Water, so I didn’t shoot the southwest view or the full sweep of the panoramic view from the northwest corner.
I’m looking forward to visiting at different times of the day and night. The views are all so good that new residents will have a tough time choosing among them.

North Water is a full-amenity, high-service, pet-friendly, luxury community with a Loews hotel on the first 14 floors. Hotel guests do not have access to North Water’s residents-only 15th and 50th floor amenities.
