It’s not like these sellers are holding firm on price, either — a couple weeks after listing the home for $1.49 million in June 2008, they took it down to $1.39 million. Later that year, it dropped to $1.29 million, and earlier this year it dropped again to $1.21 million. (There’s no mention in listing or others in the building on the co-op’s purchase requirements.)
