Nothing demonstrates Bucktown‘s evolution quite like a drive up North Wolcott Avenue. Joe Zekas and Realtor Greg Viti were checking out a home in Wolcott’s 1800 block that has sold for $1.25 million, $1.4 million, and $1.5 million in recent years, when they came across one of Greg’s clients, Jackie Mills, who purchased a cottage across the street for just $220,000 in the mid-’90s.
