Really?
The $3.8M price tag works out to $1,234 a square foot for the 3-bedroom, 3 ½ bath residence.
Maybe they’ve never been to or heard of Merchandise Mart or the fact that interior designers can procure anything you want given the cash to do so.
Ah, but it WAS purchased in Chicago (one assumes, perhaps it was purchased elsewhere and shipping or moved here). OR they are poor quality and we wouldn’t be caught DEAD buying them here, locally.
