The restaurant scene near Circa 922 is adding flame-grilled chicken

When residents begin moving into the new Circa 922 apartments at 922 W Washington in the West Loop they won’t lack for nearby restaurants. There are dozens of outstanding dining venues within a few minutes’ walk of the building.

Chicago Real Estate Daily is reporting that Nando’s Peri-Peri will be opening on Randolph Street’s restaurant row in the space formerly occupied by Tomato Head, a short block north of Circa 922. Nando’s has been drawing positive raves from Redditers commenting on the story.

Circa 922 is a boutique full-amenity building in a steps-to-everything location. The first residents will be moving into the building in mid-January of 2015. Renters can take advantage of the staged delivery schedule for new buildings to sign a lease now and lock in some of Circa 922’s most desirable high-floor units for an April, 2015 move-in.

Circa 922 is currently offering hardhat tours that will include a look at the dramatic views from the building’s higher floors. The number of participants in each hardhat tour is limited. Contact the leasing office at 312-455-9922 to reserve a slot on one of the tours and to inquire about current leasing incentives.
