Final phase of Rowhouses of Montclare Station set for August

The Rowhouses of Montclare Station

The last phase of construction for The Rowhouses of Montclare Station will be complete by early August, according to Robert Suder, a sales agent with Coldwell Banker, which is marketing the project.

The development comprises 20 rowhouses along West Belden and North Nordica avenues in Montclare. Fourteen of the homes have been sold, Suder says. The final phase, at 7030 – 7038 W Belden Ave, features six brick homes with two bedrooms, a den and 3.5 baths.

All of the homes will have three levels: a ground floor with a den, bathroom and garage parking in the back; a second floor with a kitchen, living room and bath; a third floor with two bedrooms and two baths. Bedrooms are about 16 by 12 feet, Suder says.

Kitchen

Each home has two balconies on the second and third floors, and other features include insulated vinyl windows, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, ceramic tile floor in the foyer and bathrooms, and oak cabinets in the kitchen.

All six homes are available, and pre-construction prices range from $374,900 to $394,900, according to Suder. The homes are close to the Metra station and downtown Oak Park, he adds. Forest Knoll Construction & Development Inc. is the developer.
