Three units at Trump International Hotel &  Tower Chicago, 401 N Wabash St, have seen some the some of the largest price reductions in River North in recent weeks, according to Matt Garrison’s CondoShark.com:

Unit 2430: a studio with  675 square feet; was $899,500, now $573,500 (resale).
Unit 1814: a one-bedroom / two-bath; was $1.07 million, now $749,000 (resale).
Unit 2204: a studio with 907 square feet; was $1.15 million, now $770,000 (new).
