Astoria Tower has been one of the South Loop‘s most popular luxury rental high-rises since it became available for occupancy just three years ago. Apartments in the luxury building don’t linger on the market.

Three units are currently available for immediate occupancy: two 1-bedrooms renting for $1,689 and $1,947, and a 1-bedroom, 2-bath renting for $2,002.
A studio will be available for occupancy on May 25 for $1,646. Three 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments will be available in mid- to late-May for $2,674 to $2,802.
