Almost a year to the day after breaking ground on K2 at K Station, Fifield Companies hosted a topping-off party to celebrate the building’s reaching its full 34-story height.
According to developers Steve and Randy Fifield, the 496-unit apartment tower is ahead of schedule and under budget, and will offer an even higher level of luxury finishes than initially planned. First occupancies are anticipated for April 1, 2013.
