Five years ago to the day today we posted the following quote:
There is a tremendous unmet demand for smoke-free housing in America, and it boggles my mind that the real estate industry has not recognized that and tried to profit from it.
The real estate industry in Chicago did recognize the desire for smoke-free housing. A number of buildings have since partly or completely converted to smoke-free status.
That said, I’ve been in several smoke-free buildings recently that have residents who are clearly 420-friendly.
