The rapid pace of restaurant and bar openings in the immediate neighborhood shows no signs of slowing. Just a block east of The Parker, for example, the group behind Longman & Eagle, has opened Saint Lou’s Assembly next door to its new Moneygun Bar. Rick Bayless’ new seafood restaurant and adjacent taqueria and brewery is slated to open on Cinco de Mayo at 900 W Randolph St.

Residents of the curved, architecturally distinctive tower will enjoy spectacular views from their apartments and from a top-floor resident lounge.

Pre-leasing rents at The Parker start at $1,750 for studios, $1,995 for 1-bedrooms, $2,825 for 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartments, $3,145 for 2-bedroom, 2-baths, and $4,695 for 3-bedroom, 2-baths.


Apartments will have high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, in-unit washer / dryers, plank flooring, and a choice of finish packages.
