I stopped by the construction site for Belgravia Group’s Union Row townhomes earlier this week. One of the photos I snapped (shown above) turned out to show almost the same perspective as Belgravia’s rendering for the project (600 W 16th St in East Pilsen). Take a look and compare for yourself.
Note the sidewalk in the rendering. Brett Owen, a sales rep at Union Row, told me that this stretch of 16th Street has never had sidewalks before. I’ll post more updates from this project, including a video interview with Brett, a little later.
