The Springview (1920 N Springfield Ave) has been on the market since last summer in Logan Square, but we’ve only recently been able to get in and take a look at the under-construction units.
In this video, Second City Realty‘s Pat Burns describes the development and the price points, as well as the project’s senior housing component. At full buildout, the site will contain 46 units courtesy of developer Dolce Living Homes. Free parking is available for pre-construction buyers, according to the Web site, and six sales have been reported since the sales center opened in August.
The top-floor units boast impressive skyline views looking east, but we’re particularly intrigued by the industrial building across the street (3:20 on the video). Check it out – does that look like a candidate for a loft conversion?
