K2, the popular new luxury apartment tower in the Fulton River District, is closing in on full occupancy but studio to 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments are still available for first-occupancy.
The selection includes three Tier 17 apartments, corner one-bedrooms with balconies, high-ceilings, hardwood floors in living areas and south and west exposures from floor-to-ceiling windows.
The kitchen has a gas range, 42-inch cabinets, a built-in microwave, ample cabinet space, granite counters, subway tile, an under-mount sink and a large island. All of K2’s apartments have in-unit washer / dryers.
K2 has an extensive suite of amenities, including a sprawling pool deck with cabanas, gas grills, a fire pit and dramatic views of the city skyline. The deck has a bridge connecting K2 to an adjacent Jewel-Osco.
