At just shy of 4,700 square feet the views from the A unit at 30 W Oak won’t be enough to overcome that cramped feeling. Add the 2,127 squares in the adjacent D unit and you’re still only halfway to a livable amount of space. But then, you knew going in that city living required some harsh compromises.
It could, after all, be worse.
