When Bockwinkel’s opens tomorrow, McClurg Court will become Streeterville’s only apartment community with a full-service on-site grocery.

McClurg Court is offering two months’ free rent on select 1-bedrooms for move-ins on 15-month leases by December 31.
Move in to one of five select studios by December 15 and receive a flat-rate rent of $1,425 a month. A month’s free rent is available on other studios for move-ins by December 31.
