CondoShark has the week off, but a home like this would surely make its Lake View list. Today’s new listing is 2849 N Hermitage Ave #24, a Columbia Place townhome that has dropped in price by $250,000 since mid-March.
The 3,300 square-foot home, built in 2004, has four bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Realtor Anthony Petruso listed the home for just under $1.08 million in March and has since dropped the price four times. As of this morning, it’s now listed for $829,000. Petruso also appears to have the home listed to rent for $4,000 a month.
Petruso’s listing is light on details — it’s a southwest corner unit facing Columbia Place’s park, and features a mix of hardwood floors and carpeting, a master bath with a whirlpool tub, separate shower, and double-sink vanity, fireplaces in the family room and living room, a two-car attached garage, and some form of deck. It’s 2008 taxes came out to $10,761, and its monthly assessments are around $270.
Since Columbia Place’s website is still active, you can still get a rundown of the developer’s original standard features and floor plans for its north and south phases. None quite match up to the room count and square footage in this listing, but feel free to browse them anyway.
