On Oct. 28 I attended the topping-off ceremony at Parc Huron, M&R Development’s new apartment high-rise at 469 W Huron St in River North. Before hoisting up the ceremonial last bucket of concrete, M&R co-principal Anthony Rossi Sr and other people affiliated with the project talked about the tower’s design and construction.
