Halsted Flats, the first new full-amenity rental high-rise built in Lakeview in nearly 30 years, moved in its first residents last weekend.
Earlier that week developer Jim Letchinger of JDL Development offered a brief overview of the building, the amenities and the location in the above video.
The leasing office is currently open on-site.
