Two posts from last week highlighted the healthy sales activity going on in Bucktown and the parts of southeast Logan Square and northeast Humboldt Park increasingly referred to as “West Bucktown.” The single-family home featured here had gone off the market before Joe Zekas arrived for his scheduled video shoot, but he and Sergio & Banks agent Melissa Govaderica thought it was worth touring anyway, just to show viewers what kinds of homes are selling in the area these days.
In the first segment, Joe and Melissa walk through the first floor living areas; in the second, they start in a fancy master bath with widely separated dual vanities and a fill-from-the-ceiling tub. Joe says the home featured far more thoughtful touches than he’d seen in a home priced below $800,000 in the city.
